Re: Mode of administration of factor VII - relation to thrombosis ?

A most interesting observation that has been repeated recently elsewhere (University of Maryland - verbal communication). A high local concentration of factor VII after administration through the right jugular venous catheter may indeed be the culprit and a gradual infusion of diluted factor VII may be preferable.
