DYSTROPHIA MYOTONICA AND ATRACURIUM

Correspondence to T. E. J. H.

Atracurium was used to produce neuromuscular blockade in a patient with dystrophia myotonica. Operatingconditions wereexce/lentandmyotonia was not seen. Sensitivity to atracurium was not seen and spontaneous recovery was not prolonged.
